Community Open House

Thursday, November 30, 5-7 p.m.

Join us as we kick off our Festival of Trees celebration with an evening of family fun (children to be accompanied by an adult). We will celebrate with exciting family games, refreshments, door prizes, songs, and a visit with Santa. Attendees will be the first to see the unveiling of the Silent Auction and will be able to sign up for online bidding.  Beginning November 27, register and preview auction items.  You do not need to be present to bid on silent auction items.

Gala and Auction Finale

 Saturday, December 2

Cocktail Reception Begins at 6 p.m.

Dinner Begins at 7 p.m.

This evening celebrates the impact made in the Northern Neck community over the last 26 years that provides access to all. Guests will enjoy an assortment of fine wines and ales paired with a delicious menu. During the evening, you can raise your paddle to bid on some amazing auction items and further support the Y’s ability to offer financial assistance. Tickets are $75 and are limited. Auction Pickup

Sunday, December 3, noon–4 p.m.

Winning bidders may receive their items at the Northern Neck Family YMCA, 39 William B. Graham Ct, Kilmarnock, Virginia 22482. Auction winner is responsible for item pickup. No delivery.

The Northern Neck Family YMCA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity serving over 3,400 persons in Lancaster County and the surrounding area. All sales are final. No refunds. Not responsible for lost gift cards. Auction items are held for pickup until December 22, 2023. All auction experiences must be redeemed or scheduled prior to November 1, 2024 unless otherwise noted.
