Goal Oriented Personal Training

All locations offer certified personal trainers to help you reach your personal well-being goals. Our trainers support you and maintain a positive and genuine concern for your progress; they keep you interested, focused, and moving forward. A variety of options are available for each type of personal training. Personal training is offered for members only.

An individualized exercise program is designed to meet your personal health and fitness goals. See a Wellness Associate to set up an appointment for your initial consultation. Sessions are one hour.

1 Session: $55 for Y members
3 Sessions: $150 for Y members
5 Sessions: $225 for Y members
10 Sessions: $400 for Y members

We maximize your time with a 30-minute session designed to get you in and out of the Y quickly.  You’ll receive a quality workout, a sense of accomplishment, and the knowledge that you are one step closer to your goal. A personal trainer will work with you individually, providing individual attention during each session based on your health and well-being goals.

1 Session: $35 for Y members
3 Sessions: $90 for Y members
5 Sessions: $125 for Y members
10 Sessions: $200 for Y members

Choose a buddy and enjoy training with a friend. The session focuses on individual program design. See a Wellness Associate to set up an appointment for your initial consultation. Members Only. Sessions are one hour.

Three to four people with similar goals train together with a certified personal trainer who helps each person gain better results from their workout.
