Goal Oriented Personal Training

All locations offer certified personal trainers to help you reach your personal well-being goals. Our trainers support you and maintain a positive and genuine concern for your progress; they keep you interested, focused, and moving forward. A variety of options are available for each type of personal training. Personal training is offered for members only.

An individualized exercise program is designed to meet your personal health and fitness goals. See a Wellness Associate to set up an appointment for your initial consultation. Sessions are one hour and for YMCA members only.

We maximize your time with a 30-minute session designed to quickly get you in and out of the Y. You’ll receive a quality workout, a sense of accomplishment, and the knowledge that you are one step closer to your goal. A personal trainer will work with you individually, providing individual attention during each session based on your health and well-being goals.
