We Help People Grow Healthier in Spirit, Mind, and Body

Every Tuesday and Thursday, our SilverSneakers members gather after class to create mats for the homeless from plastic bags. Each mat requires thousands of plastic bags to produce just one. They have made over 40.

We Prepare Teens for Life

We hosted our Virginia Leader's Club Kick-Off Rally, serving over 200 teens who learned how to invest in their leadership journey by attending classes on building character, the importance of acts of service, leadership development, and the importance of health and well-being.
