Victory Family YMCA Closure Update

The Victory Family YMCA will be closed on Wednesday, October 1, and Thursday, October 2, while Dominion Energy installs new electrical service for our new full-facility generator.
This project is an important investment that will allow our Y to serve as a designated community shelter for York County in times of emergency. By taking this step, we are strengthening our role as a safe and dependable resource for our members and neighbors.
During the closure, you are welcome to visit any YMCA location. Our closest locations are the Tom & Ann Hunnicutt Family YMCA, Hampton Family YMCA, and the YMCA Health & Wellness Center.*
In addition, two group exercise classes will continue as scheduled at Kirkwood Church:
Wednesday, 1 p.m.– Chair Yoga
Thursday, 11:30 a.m.– SilverSneakers
The center's closure will not impact soccer at Victory Church. However, all other programming at the center will be canceled from October 1 to 2.
We appreciate your understanding as we upgrade to serve you and our community better. Normal operations at Victory Family YMCA will resume on Friday, October 3.
