*The YMCA of the Virginia Peninsulas is pleased to offer Day Camp Counselors a retention bonus of $300 for the summer of 2022. This bonus will be paid in one lump sum on the last scheduled pay date after summer programming ends. The bonus is contingent on fulfilling the agreed-upon length of service (minimum of 9 weeks). The retention bonus is forfeited if the employee is no longer in the position they are hired or does not complete the agreed-upon length of service.
