It’s official. A new YMCA is joining our association next year. When it opens in late 2027, the new Surry County Family YMCA will offer approximately 47,000 square feet of opportunities to connect, grow, and thrive. The facility is expected to include an indoor pool, multipurpose court, indoor track, group exercise studios, cardio and strength-training areas, and an intergenerational space designed for people of all ages.
